Social Worker
Period: One-year fixed term (Renewal)
Location: Sinomine, Tsumeb
Closing Date: 23rd January 2025
Minimum Requirements
- B A degree in Social work, with 5 years' experience in the field
- Registration as a Social worker with the social worker and Psychology Council
- A valid driver's license (Code B)
- Have a valid designation certificate
Supplementary Requirements
- Knowledge and Experience in Child Protection and Case Management
- Extensive experience in Mental Health and Counselling
- Experience in project coordination and management
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic coordination for employee wellness and child protection on-site at Sinomine. Coordinate child protection program development and strategic growth of child protection to ensure targets and goals are met.
- Control and supervise the work of social worker and ensure they are scheduled according to requirements
- Review and update social work and child protection documentation regularly for completeness and accuracy
