Location: Windhoek, Head Office

Minimum Requirements
- B A degree in Social work, with 5 years' experience in the field
- Registration as a Social worker with the social worker and Psychology Council
- A valid driver's license (Code B)
- Have a valid designation certificate
Supplementary Requirements
- Knowledge and Experience in Child Protection and Case Management
- Extensive experience in Mental Health and Counselling
- Experience in project coordination and management
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic coordination for child protection within the counselling department. Coordinate child protection program development and strategic growth of child protection within the department to ensure targets and goals are met.
- Control and supervise the work of social worker and ensure they are scheduled according to requirements.
- Review and update social work and child protection documentation regularly for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage reporting and impact measurement for all the areas of social work. For more information on key responsibilities.
