We provide counselling services for both adults and children, w e focus on the following case categories: Health (physical & mental), Violence, Discrimination, Exploitation, Relationships issues (including with parents, family, partners, employers/employees), parenting, child protection and other non-counselling services. Please note we are not limited to the listed case categories as they serve as main categories. Additionally, we serve as an entry point to any case category and cases that are beyond our scope of work are referred to relevant stakeholders/partners.

The Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse debate competition amongst the learners took place on the 5th and 6th of March 2024.
Information on Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse was disseminated to 1075 learners from the three schools.
During 2024, 3 Personal Growth (PG) and Basic Counselling Skills (BC) trainings were conducted in Okahandja, Windhoek and Keetmanshoop. The training in Okahandja was with the Young Feminists Movement (Y-Fem) Namibia Trust is a feminist human rights organization that is dedicated to advancing women’s human rights by promoting women’s access to health, education & justice.
The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) and LifeLine/ChildLine Namibia signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today in Windhoek to collaborate on cybersecurity awareness and public education, with a special focus on children. This partnership aims to enhance public cybersecurity education through initiatives spearheaded by LifeLine/ChildLine Namibia. The focus will be on equipping children with the necessary knowledge to navigate the digital world safely. ... Speaking at the signing ceremony, MICT Executive Director Dr. Audrin Mathe stated, "LifeLine/ChildLine Namibia will complement our ongoing efforts, and we look forward to working with these institutions for the betterment of our citizens. Cybersecurity requires concerted efforts from all sectors, and we call on others to join the government in building a cyber-resilient nation. Nicolette Bessinger, Director of LifeLine/ChildLine Namibia, applauded the MICT for partnering with their organisation to implement the National Cybersecurity Strategy and Awareness Creation Plan.
